The First IIOSS Certification Seminar in Russia

Russia, Moscow, November 24-27, 2010

IIOSS started in Russia in June 2009. By that time the first version of IIOSS Russian localization was ready. The whole period since autumn 2009 we’ve been improving the product, working with Clients, studying the nuances of IIOSS methodology implementation, accumulating the shoals and pitfalls, which could interfere our future IIOSS Practitioners. And just this summer we’ve felt that we are ready to conduct a certification seminar. Such a seminar was ripe! Not only because we were ready, but also because of changes on T&D and consulting markets.

The seminar was organized by IIOSS Russia (Dr. Tigran Karlenovich ARUTYUNYAN and Marina Valentinovna KOSOUSOVA) with a support from IIOSS Global. 15 specialists participated the seminar. The composition of the seminar turned out to be very strong - the educational level of the Participants and their managerial, business and consultancy experience. It was a big pleasure to see Entrepreneurs, Founders among the participants, since in the first place IIOSS products are addressed to them.

Obviously the Participants predetermined the course of the seminar. Within four days we covered the key issues of IIOSS methodology, at that making accent to its practical implementation. We scrutinized IIOSS products – IIOSS SeiJuk™ Management Profiler, IIOSS SeiJuku™ Organization Profiler, IIOSS Transformation™ Consulting, principles of IIOSS Harmony Teams. The seminar was held in various formats: theories and concepts transfer, group discussions, workshop, and reflection. Let’s emphasize it once again – exactly the very strong composition of Participants let us cover such a huge amount of training materials in such a short period of time and to combine various formats easily.
